These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InboxPilot (the "App"), operated by Yoga Democracy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using InboxPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
InboxPilot is a hands-free Gmail reader that reads your email aloud using text-to-speech technology. The App connects to your Google Gmail account to retrieve, display, and read email content. You may also archive, delete, mark as read, or reply to emails through the App.
InboxPilot requires you to authenticate with your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize InboxPilot to access your email on your behalf using the following Gmail API scopes:
gmail.readonly — to fetch and display your email content for reading aloud.
gmail.modify — to allow you to archive, delete, mark as read, or reply to emails within the App.
We do not store your email content on our servers beyond the duration of your active session. Your Gmail credentials are never stored or transmitted to any third party. You may revoke InboxPilot's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
You agree to use InboxPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App to access email accounts that you do not own or have explicit authorization to access. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App or its underlying systems.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using InboxPilot, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
InboxPilot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content read aloud by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yoga Democracy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use InboxPilot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
InboxPilot is designed to be used hands-free. However, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Do not interact with your phone in a manner that distracts you from driving. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using InboxPilot while operating a vehicle.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue InboxPilot at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InboxPilot at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
