InboxPilot ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Yoga Democracy LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the InboxPilot app.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Gmail account, InboxPilot accesses the following data via the Google Gmail API:

Your email address and basic profile information
Email messages in your inbox (subject, sender, body)
The ability to mark emails as read, archive, or delete them on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your Gmail data solely to provide the InboxPilot service — reading your emails aloud and allowing you to manage them hands-free. We do not sell, share, or use your email data for advertising or any purpose other than operating the app.

3. Data Storage

InboxPilot stores OAuth tokens on our server to maintain your Gmail connection between sessions. Email content is fetched in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers. Tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

4. Google API Scopes

InboxPilot uses the following Google API scopes:

gmail.readonly — to read your emails
gmail.modify — to archive, delete, or mark emails as read
userinfo.email / userinfo.profile — to identify your account

InboxPilot's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data or email content with any third parties, except as required by law.

6. Data Deletion

You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from within the app. This will delete your stored OAuth tokens from our servers. To request complete deletion of your data, contact us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption.

8. Children's Privacy

InboxPilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
